“Dogger is amazing. We have a completely wonderful Shih Tzu, but we used to worry if she is getting enough exercise or playtime or stimulation during the day. No more! Every day, Dogger uses this software program that allows you to see the GPS of where you dog walked. He includes photos and a little summary of what happened that day. Also, you can do credit card payments online so you never have to worry about having cash on hand or any of that nonsense. I've called a few times for last minute service when I couldn't leave work on time, and he's totally come though for me. -Barb S.
“Just moved to Brooklyn 3 months ago and this was the first dog walker company I found and it has been nothing but fabulous. I am obsessed with the fact that I get updates on when the dog walker has arrived as well as pictures and comments at the end of the walk. Basia has been a complete angel and my puppy is obsessed with her! Any time I have had something come up randomly where I know I will get home later than usual, Basia/ Dogger has been able to take care of my pup whenever I need a little extra help. “Dogger has been really helpful with caring for my English Bulldog, not the easiest breed to deal with given their incredible stubborn nature and inability to walk more than 20 feet at a time. I especially like the fact that I get notifications when the walker arrives and leaves using the nifty QR Code they put on my fridge. Super accountable, not like some other services I have used in the past.
Ian is a really good guy with a very comfortable way about himself. It makes me feel like there is someone I can really trust in my home and caring for my prized possession. – John L.
“Dogger has been such a life savor! We have a mini dachshund and she absolutely loves Ian! He is always mindful of her not using stairs or jumping too much, because of her body shape. They are always trying to find news ways to get to our dog before she does business in our apartment and someday we are lucky.
I chose this service because of the GPS tracker and options for single dog walks as our dog can be a bit much to look out for. Also, after every walk we get a lovely note and some pictures which is nice proof of walk because i have had friends tell me about how they paid but their dog never got walked (the walker didn't know they had cameras and they looked back and saw they never came sometimes but he was paying).
The automatic paying system is also great and they are very mindful of when holidays come up to ensure you still walk that walk. I don't know what we would do without dogger, including our pup. She looks forwarded to her MWF walks along with her bark box!–Natasha R.
“A million thanks to these guys for watching our rabbits!! It's really hard to find trustworthy people in the city who will take care of bunnies, but they did a really great job. They came over every day for a month while we were out of town and made sure our pets were well fed, happy, and safe. We got daily emails and pictures confirming their visit, with lots of details about what the rabbits were up to and how they were enjoying the summer Olympics. They were extraordinarily reliable, and we never had any doubts over the course of the month that our pets were well cared for- and their prices were very reasonable. “Ian is great with my dog Sasha. She can be a bit skittish at times, but he was very patient with her, and now she's getting enough exercise! (I tend to work long late hours at my job in the city). Also so easy to pay him, just used the website he has setup. And like others have mentioned it's really cool that you can track the walk with GPS, and he's nice enough to send pics of Sasha on her walk. – James R.

“Excellent Dog walking and Doggie boarding service! Our pups are always super happy to see their walker Taylor! Dogger is super reliable when it comes to additional walks at the last minute, changes in travel plans etc. When first moving to Park Slope, we tried contacting a few other dog walking services, but were most impressed with Dogger and their state-of the-art technology that shows: the time the walker left and returned, pictures, bathroom updates and pictures! “I recently had a major change in schedule which meant that I was no longer able to work from home and take care of my two beautiful doggies. I reached out to a number of the local Slope dog walkers and found that either they were way over booked or simply not professional sounding. Thank goodness for Ian and his team at dogger! Ian came over for my meet & greet and immediately put me at ease and made fast friends with my dogs. The business is new to the scene but I immediately felt at ease and in great hands.
